Hi, Welcome to our ISYS Sports blog!
I'm Portmen, one of the four bloggers for this blog. The others will introduce themselves individually in later posts, so look forward to that!
Our blog focuses mainly on sports and fitness ranging from personal sport interests, sport news to fitness tips and discussions. You are probably wondering what ISYS means in our blog name. Well this is actually a assignment for a unit we are doing in Uni so unfortunately this blog will eventually come to an end once this assignment is over. However during the course of this assignment we will keep this blog updated frequently, hopefully on a week to week basis with a couple of posts per week.
As for the topics that I would be covering, it would mostly consist of racquet sports such as tennis and squash, I would also from time to time cover general fitness and weight training depending on the amount of racquet sports content that I wish to cover on that particular week. I do have a sneak peek for the upcoming post that I would be doing.
It would be an introduction to squash, the only sport that I ever played competitively and is something that I am personally very passionate about even though I rarely play anymore. Many people haven't played or even heard of this sport before and its truly a shame because it is a very intense and fun sport. Squash and tennis are like cousins, very similar yet completely different so I'll look forward to introducing it to all of you.
